Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy All First Aid and CPR courses offered by Northern Vocational Services are delivered in a blended learning format, consisting of an online theory component and an in-person practical session. Completion Requirement: Participants are required to complete the online learning component in full prior to attending the in-person class. Failure to do so will result in denied entry to the class and may incur a rescheduling fee. No-Show Policy: Participants who fail to attend their scheduled class without prior communication will forfeit the full course payment. Rescheduling and Cancellations: If you are unable to attend your scheduled session, please notify Northern Vocational Services at least 24 hours in advance. We will make every effort to accommodate a rescheduling request; however, less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a rescheduling fee. Refund Policy: Please note that course fees are non-refundable. However, payments may be transferred to a future session if a rescheduling request is made in accordance with the above policy. By registering for a course, participants acknowledge and agree to comply with all terms outlined in this Booking Policy.
